Open Enrollment is an opportunity for Full Time and Seasonal Employees to make benefit changes without a qualifying life event. The enrollment period runs from May 11, 2026 through May 6, 2026..
All changes made during Open Enrollment will take effect 7/1/2026.
This year's Open Enrollment is a Passive Enrollment, meaning that no action is required on your part if you wish to continue your current benefits.

Benefit Updates
- Dental and vision employee rates will remain the same.
- To help manage employee premium costs, the HMC medical plan includes higher deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums across all plans. New medical cards with the updated information will be released on the phone app and physical card.
- Child life insurance coverage Increased from 10K to 20K at no additional cost to employees.
- Effective July 1, 2026, new critical illness, accident, and hospital insurance policies will be offered. Employees who are currently enrolled in critical illness and/or accident plan will receive a letter from UNUM regarding continuation of coverage as an individual policy. Employees may also elect the new coverage. These policies are separate and are provided by UNUM.
