What Happens When You Call

When you call the benefit help line, you’ll first hear a message directing you to seek medical care in the event of a medical emergency. You may press “1” to bypass this recorded message and to be immediately connected with a Benefits Resource Center (BRC) insurance professional.

What will the representative need?


Be prepared to discuss your issue by having available:

  • Any relevant paperwork or documentation you may have received
  • The contact name and phone number of providers or others related to your question or issue
  • Your basic contact information and insurance plan member number
  • Your explanation of what you need to have done in order to reach a satisfactory resolution

Relax while your BRC benefits advocate uses the information you provide to make the necessary calls and connections to resolve your issue.
